The latest version of Bill S 741 includes a new provision that states no vaccine can be mandated for infants under the age of twenty-four months. However, parents can still choose to have their infants vaccinated if they wish. This change is significant because it gives parents more control over their children's healthcare decisions regarding vaccinations, which may be important for families concerned about vaccine mandates.
