Whereas, Nathaniel Hunter Sipes was born on May 14, 2001, to parents James Sipes and Angela Wilson Whiteford.
and Whereas, Hunter passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021.
and Whereas, a devout Christian, Hunter was a member of Bellview Baptist Church;
and Whereas, in his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, being outdoors, hunting, and fishing.
and Whereas, in addition to his parents, Hunter leaves to cherish his memory his brother, Cody Sipes (Ashleigh);
and Whereas, Hunter's promising future was cut tragically short.
It would be only fitting and proper to pay tribute to this son of South Carolina by naming a portion of road in the State in his honor.honor. Now, therefore, Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
