The amendment to Bill H 3945 changes the definition of the Aerial Management Program (AMP) to specifically include the use of unmanned aircraft for managing feral hogs and coyotes. This addition allows for more advanced and possibly more effective methods of monitoring and controlling these wildlife populations. The change is important because it reflects an effort to implement modern technologies in wildlife management, which could lead to better outcomes for both the environment and agricultural interests.
