Plain-language change summary

The updated bill now includes provisions allowing deer processors to process female deer donated by hunters and charge the processing fees to someone other than the donor. This change is important because it enables more flexibility in managing deer donations, making it easier for processors and increasing the likelihood that donated deer can be processed and utilized effectively. Additionally, the new regulation outlines guidelines for reporting these fee recoveries, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process.
