To recognize Sandra for her many years of service to the Town of Pageland, her colleagues hosted a celebratory luncheon in her honor on the day of her retirement;
and   Whereas, in the course of accomplishing her duties over the years, Sandra Belk handled payments, billing, business licensing, hospitality taxes, parks and recreation registrations, switchboard, payroll, and more for the Town of Pageland.
She long served as the repository of a wealth of information that the Town of Pageland will deeply miss;
and   Whereas, born on November 22, 1953, this native of Monroe, North Carolina, was raised in the Tar Heel State's Anson County.

At her church, she has served as Vacation Bible School coordinator, Acteens leader, and Sunday School teacher.

and   Whereas, Sandra Belk finds strength for her labors in the strong support of her family:
her dear husband of fifty-one years, James "J.B." Carson Belk;
their four daughters, Alisha, Sandy, Erica, and Carlee;
