The recent amendments to Bill S 343 involve the removal of specific requirements related to informed consent before administering the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. This change simplifies the consent process and may have been made to streamline administration during vaccination efforts. Understanding these adjustments is important, as they could affect how vaccines are given and what information must be provided to patients beforehand.
