Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill H 3550 changes the requirement for wreckers to use mounted flashing lights. Previously, wreckers were permitted to use flashing red lights only at accident scenes, but the new version mandates that they must use these flashing warning lights at all emergency scenes and whenever they provide roadside assistance. This change is important for increasing safety on roads by ensuring that drivers and passersby are better alerted to the presence of wreckers, potentially reducing accidents and injuries in those situations.
