Any actions taken through such delegations would be considered invalid from the start, and trustees who violate this rule could be removed from their position by the Governor. This change is significant because it aims to ensure that trustees are accountable for their decisions and cannot pass their responsibilities onto others, enhancing transparency and integrity within school governance.
