Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that, beginning January 1, 2026, providers of adult day services for individuals with developmental disabilities shall receive an add-on payment of $1 for transportation, per trip, for any distance beyond 15 miles from the adult day service program location.
