Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Bill HR 361, a few key updates were made primarily regarding the timing and committees involved with its review. The new version specifies that the bill was reported from the Committee on Consumer Protection, Technology rather than an earlier inclusion of "Utilities." Moreover, it also highlights how Pennsylvania's electricity market has evolved and how customers have benefitted from participation in the PJM electricity market, emphasizing the importance of ensuring adequate power supply for future needs.
