Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Bill SB 748 includes an amendment that updates the introductory language by specifying that it is "as amended on third consideration," indicating that the bill has been revised through the legislative process. Additionally, there are no significant changes to the charges for vessels navigating the Delaware River; the proposed rates remain the same for each year through 2028. This clarity on the bill’s status helps ensure transparency as it moves forward, while maintaining the existing cost structure for waterway usage, which is important for those affected by these fees.
