Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill HB 668 removed a few provisions that aimed to support military spouses and enhance communication about licenses and disciplinary actions between states. While the original version included support for military families and better information exchange, the updated version focuses solely on improving public access to counseling services and maintaining state oversight. This change may streamline the bill's objectives but could limit support for military families and the sharing of important information among states.
