Plain-language change summary

The amendment removes the specific mention of a "temporary travel license" and instead references "granting travel licenses" without the term "temporary." The change clarifies the language around travel licenses for chiropractors, which indicates that licensed practitioners may be able to practice temporarily outside of their usual jurisdiction. This could allow for broader opportunities for licensed chiropractors to provide services in different locations.
