The updated bill clarifies that holders of craft distillery licenses can sell nonalcoholic beverages in closed and sealed containers for off-premises consumption. Additionally, it allows these establishments to combine nonalcoholic beverages with foodstuffs without imposing taxes on sales of alcohol used in these combinations. This change may provide more options for craft distilleries and potentially broaden their sales during a state of emergency.
