Plain-language change summary

The bill changes the name of the "Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act" to the "Uniform Voidable Transactions Act." It also updates the definition of "Affiliate" to clarify the ownership criteria for voting securities related to debtors. These changes aim to more accurately describe certain debtor transactions and establish a standard of evidence for creditors to prove elements of a voidable transaction.
