Plain-language change summary

The revised bill introduces a "Protect Pollinators" license plate and details its design, which will now feature appropriate words or a slogan along with emblems designed by New Jersey, Inc., in consultation with the chief administrator. Additionally, it establishes a fund where fees from these license plates will be deposited and used to support efforts to protect pollinator species in the state, specifically benefiting the Conserve Wildlife Foundation of New Jersey and the "Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management Program." The changes clarify the design process and specify the allocation of funds for pollinator protection efforts.
