Plain-language change summary

In the updated version of SB 920, changes were made to clarify and define terms related to aerospace infrastructure, such as "airport," "airport hazard," and "airport hazard area." Additionally, the act emphasizes the importance of these definitions in ensuring safe air travel and managing the areas around airports. This matters because clearer definitions can help in the planning and regulation of aerospace projects, enhancing safety and potentially streamlining the permitting process for new infrastructure.
