Plain-language change summary

The amendment allows student-athletes who have not completed a physical examination within the past 365 days to participate in school-sponsored sports during the fall athletic season of 2020-2021. This participation is contingent upon the student completing the physical examination before the season ends and having their parent or guardian provide proof that the examination is scheduled before the first day of practice. Additionally, the requirement for a health history update questionnaire remains in place before the season starts.
