Plain-language change summary

The amendments to SB 448 introduce new regulations for nonresident hunters in Oklahoma. They will now be required to obtain a permit and pay a fee to hunt in certain wildlife areas. This change is important because it aims to manage hunting more effectively and ensure that these areas are preserved for wildlife while also generating revenue from nonresident hunters. Additionally, specific sections have been updated to clarify existing rules about entering these wildlife areas with hunting equipment or animals.
