Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 716 increases the minimum employer contribution rates to the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System. Specifically, it raises the required contribution from 10% to 10.5% of each police member's actual paid base salary starting from July 1, 1991. This change is significant because it ensures more funds are allocated to support the retirement benefits of police officers, which could lead to greater financial security for them in their retirement years.
