Plain-language change summary

The amendments to Bill SB 901 clarify the responsibilities of the Risk Management Administrator regarding insurance and indemnity coverage for fire departments and related services in Oklahoma. Specifically, it ensures that coverage can be provided for aircraft and buildings associated with firefighting activities, as well as for individuals involved in those operations. This change is important because it strengthens support for fire services and protects volunteers and officials from liability while they perform their duties.
