What changed in the latest version

The changes to Bill SB 925 include the addition of specific language outlining the procedures for victims of title theft to file a notice of fraudulent conveyance. This ensures that not only the victims but also individuals acting on their behalf can file this notice, which is important for those who may be unable to do it themselves. These modifications aim to streamline the process for addressing title theft and enhance protections for property owners, making it easier for them to assert their legal rights against fraud.
