Plain-language change summary

In the updated version of SB 134, the language regarding the separation period for employees before they can be re-hired by a participating employer has been modified. This change clarifies the rules around how long former employees must wait before returning to their jobs, which can help ensure a smoother transition for both employees and employers. This matters because it can affect job security for workers and the overall efficiency of the public workforce.
