What changed in the latest version
77 added · 58 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of Bill HB 3383 specifies that no state employee can be required to work more than 14 hours in a 24-hour period. This rule now explicitly includes both regular and overtime hours, which clarifies the working hour limits that apply to state employees. This change is significant because it aims to protect workers from excessively long hours, which can lead to burnout and decreased productivity.
