The recent changes to SB 2169 include clarifications and definitions related to invasive woody species management on state-leased lands in Oklahoma. The bill is now titled the "Oklahoma Invasive Woody Species Stewardship for State-Leased Lands Act," and it empowers the Commissioners of the Land Office to take action against these invasive species, while ensuring that no extra state resources are used beyond what is outlined in the act.
