Plain-language change summary

The amendment changes the language to clarify that Assemblyman Green was "elected" to the General Assembly, rather than "sworn into" the position. Additionally, the reference to his legislative sponsorship of several initiatives that improved citizens' quality of life has been removed. These changes refine the text's focus on his electoral history and leadership roles without detailing specific contributions.
