Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to Bill SB 515 include the addition of specific legislators' names and a slight rephrasing of the introductory text. The bill focuses on healthcare services, particularly on how payments and deductibles are managed between carriers and enrollees. This matters because it aims to clarify payment structures in health plans, which could help ensure consumers are better informed and potentially reduce unexpected medical costs.
