Plain-language change summary

The changes made to Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 178 include the addition of a statement from the Assembly Budget Committee indicating their favorable report on the resolution and confirming that the resolution serves as approval for the Fiscal Year 2019 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank. Additionally, it clarifies that this Financial Plan implements financing for clean water and drinking water projects as developed by the Department of Environmental Protection. This matters because it formally outlines the steps taken by the legislature to endorse the financial planning necessary for these environmental projects.
