Plain-language change summary

The amendment modifies the text by removing the section identifier and changes the formatting of the H-1B visa reference. It confirms that dependent students with a parent or guardian holding an H-1B visa are exempt from paying out-of-State tuition at public higher education institutions, as long as they satisfy specific conditions laid out in a previous law. This change clarifies eligibility for in-State tuition for these students.
