This training is designed to ensure these instructors are well-prepared for their teaching responsibilities and includes topics such as effective teaching practices and classroom management. This change matters because it aims to improve the quality of education for undergraduate students by ensuring that all instructors, even those still in graduate programs, receive proper training and support.
