What changed in the latest version

The latest version of Bill SB 80 changes how the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority operates, specifically by adding requirements for public meetings and ensuring that local property owners can receive compensation related to turnpike developments. It also imposes a time limit on legislative approvals for new turnpike locations unless the Authority acts within that timeframe. These changes are significant as they aim to enhance public involvement and protect the interests of those affected by turnpike expansions.
