The amendment removes the title and introductory citation information, refining the text to focus directly on the prohibition of selling certain alarm business signs and decals. It retains the definitions and clarifications regarding the prohibition outlined in the original legislation. The practical effect is that the law now presents a clearer and more focused statement on what is not allowed regarding these signs and decals.
