Plain-language change summary

The amendment to HB 4155 introduces the Oklahoma Special Events Trust Fund, a new fund that will be managed by the Office of the Governor to support economic development initiatives related to special events. This fund will be a continuous source of funding, allowing for flexibility in budgeting and spending without being restricted by the fiscal year. The establishment of this fund matters because it aims to enhance financial support for events that can boost the state's economy, potentially attracting more visitors and stimulating local businesses.
