Plain-language change summary

In the latest amendment to Bill HB 3707, the entire content of the original proposal has been replaced, which includes a new title that aligns with these changes. This means the focus and perhaps the details of the bill have shifted significantly from its initial introduction, which aimed to establish the "Oklahoma Education Reform Act of 2026." Such changes are important because they may impact how education is structured and funded in Oklahoma, potentially affecting students, educators, and schools statewide.
