The revised version of Senate Bill 2152 includes a clear specification that the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission can designate two consecutive days as "senior citizen's hunting days" after the regular deer hunting season. This change emphasizes the availability of special days for seniors, promoting inclusion in wildlife activities. It matters because it recognizes and enhances opportunities for older residents to engage in hunting, which can be an important recreational and social activity for them.
