A court clerk issuing a misdemeanor warrant is entitled to ten percent (10%) of the sheriff's service fee, provided for in paragraph 9 of subsection A of this section, collected on a warrant referred to the contractor for the misdemeanor warrant notification program governed by Sections 514.4 and 514.5 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
