Plain-language change summary

The amended version of SB 1189 removes a cap on how much money can be spent from the School Security Revolving Fund. It also mandates that a certain amount of funds be allocated from this fund each year for the next three years, as long as the money is available. This change is significant because it ensures more consistent funding for school security measures over the coming years, which could enhance safety in schools across the state.
