Plain-language change summary

The amendments made to House Bill 2829 define "cultivated meat" and outline its regulation more clearly. Specifically, the bill now explicitly states that it is illegal for anyone to manufacture, sell, or distribute cultivated meat products in Oklahoma, with violators facing misdemeanor charges. This change is significant as it directly addresses concerns about public safety and health regarding this new type of meat production.
