Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to House Bill 1130 adds specific details about how certain tuition and mineral revenue should be treated in school district financial reports. This includes clarifying the percentages of tuition from agreements to educate students on Air Force bases that will be excluded from financial calculations over a set timeline. These changes are important as they help ensure accurate financial reporting for school districts and may impact how much funding they receive, ultimately affecting educational resources and programs.
