Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Senate Bill 2104, some lines were removed that previously specified additional sections of the law relating to school district compliance. The main addition to the bill is the establishment of an ongoing process for developing and updating a strategic vision for prekindergarten through grade twelve education in North Dakota, which now includes input from a broader range of stakeholders. This change is significant because it aims to ensure that the education system continuously evolves based on collaborative efforts and reflects the needs and contributions of various education entities, ultimately benefiting students across the state.
