Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Senate Bill 2086 includes clarifications and definitions related to pesticide use and certification. Notably, terms like "animal," "antimicrobial pesticide," "applicator," and "certified applicator" are better defined to ensure a clearer understanding of who is responsible for pesticide application and what qualifies as a restricted use. These changes matter because they help establish clearer guidelines for certification and use, which can enhance safety and compliance in pesticide management, ultimately protecting both public health and the environment.
