Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Bill HB 942 has changed the wording to clarify that there are now two primary sponsors rather than just one, which reflects broader support for the bill. This addition of sponsorship can enhance its credibility and help garner more attention and advocacy. It's important because stronger backing may lead to increased resources and support for domestic violence organizations, rape crisis centers, and child advocacy centers in North Carolina.
