In the latest version of Senate Bill 322, specific wording about conduct related to athletic activities in schools has been refined. The changes appear to clarify the context under which certain provisions apply but do not significantly alter the bill’s intent. This matters because clearer language can help ensure better understanding and enforcement of the law regarding school athletics.
