In the latest version of Bill SB 1012, there were minor adjustments made in the phrasing, but no substantial changes to the content or intent. The language regarding the terms for remote charter academies and the review process remains intact. This consistency ensures that the approval criteria and renewal process continue to be clear and unchanged as they move forward, which is important for potential applicants and stakeholders in the education sector.
