Appropriations, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House May 4, 2026 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MAGISTRATES FOR MECKLENBURG COUNTY.
There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Administrative Office of the Courts the sum of fifteen thousand one hundred fortyfortydollars dollars ($15,140) in nonrecurring funds for the 2026-2027 fiscal year to be used to hire five additional magistrates to serve in Mecklenburg County pursuant to Section 1 of this act.
