Effective July 1, 2025, there is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of State Treasurer the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in *H820-v-1* General Assembly Of North Carolina Session 2025 recurringfunds for each yearofthe2025-2027fiscal biennium to beused to providethe coverage required under Section 1(b) of this act.
