The SecretarySecretarymay may retain the cost of administering this Article, not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) a year, as reimbursement to the Department.
– A person employed full-time in a public school unit who serves as an athletic coach and who receives a salary supplement from non-State funds for serving as an athletic coach that *DRS15276-MTa-81**S657-v-1* General Assembly Of North Carolina Session 2025 is equal to or less than three thousand dollars ($3,000) each school year.
