Rules and Operations of the Senate May 4, 2026 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO EXPAND THE WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES TO INCLUDE HEALTH AND SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS AND TO AUTHORIZE COMMUNITY-SCALE PROJECTS.
The Department may use funds from federal sources, State appropriations, utilityutilitycontributions, contributions, and other available sources to fund the programs.
