The changes to Senate Bill 909, known as The BUMP Act, include adjustments in the formatting and wording of the text, particularly related to how information on maternal warning signs that require immediate care is presented. One specific change is the inclusion of a stipulation allowing the Department to fulfill this requirement through contracts or partnerships with qualified entities.
