Plain-language change summary

The changes made to SB 593 include the addition of the phrase "SESSION 2025" in the title and a small update in the wording regarding the report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee. These adjustments clarify the bill's context and ensure that it is clear which legislative session it pertains to. This matters because it helps maintain clear records and accountability for tracking progress on funding and initiatives related to child development and early education.
